5 Years Old !

After 5 years, the patients have a pretty good idea of the medication supply they need. It is more than the current OMMA limits allow. Join Oregon in celebrating the relief the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program has given patients.

Please consider this Patient Advocacy Proposal.

[Delete “mature” in ORS 475. Current Limits]

Proposal would… allow patients to use other methods of medicating that may be better for their needs.

Digesting medicine can have up to 3 ˝ times the medicinal effects as smoking. See

                              OMMA-WAY visual on Self-Mitrate.

Allow patients to have an “appropriate” supply of medicine by keeping more of the

medication they’ve grown and need until their next harvest.

Allows patients a better chance of having the right marijuana strain for their condition. It

may take Northernlights for relieving the spasms, Bubblegum for the upset stomach, or

Maui-Waui for the migraine. There are over 1,000 different strains of marijuana. Each

having it’s own unique medicinal properties.

Law abiding citizens don’t want to be breaking the law. But many of them do not have the medicine they need to medicate properly. Won’t you help us with your support make this change?

“OMMA” never intended to put patients in a position to have to break the law to get their medicine.

“But nobody knew then how much a patient needed.”
